Before you arrive for your next appointment or reach out with questions, we've put together a quick guide on everything you need to know about connecting with us and ensuring your Lush experience is as fabulous as you are!! ✨️ Read on to make your journey with us as smooth as your post-treatment skin!

1. How to book an appointment at Lush:

Appointments can only be booked through the following methods:

1. Online bookings can be made via our booking site link: app.joinmoxie.com/booking/lush-injectables. Which is also linked on our website and Instagram profile

2. Bookings can be made via call or text at 941-216-5115

Please note that appointments can NOT be booked via Instagram DM.

Credit card for late cancellation/no-show fee of $50 must be provided to book.

2. How to get in touch with our team

We will answer our calls, messages, DMs, etc. during our normal business hours:

-Monday 10a-6p
-Tuesday 9a-5p

-Wed 9a-1p

-Thursday 9a-5p
-Friday 9a-4p

Please don't message or text personal accounts or cell regarding consultations or appointments, as our staff will only be checking our business platforms to get back to anyone in the order messages are received. 💕

3. Pricing at Lush

Pricing for services can be found on our website and will also be updated into our Instagram story highlights as changes occur. 💟

If there are any questions regarding pricing for your individual concerns, a free consultation is the best way to go about getting a customized treatment plan.

We are providers, not salespeople, so we will never pressure you to purchase anything and will always provide our honest recommendations, but sometimes we have to see your skin up close to make the best recommendations for you! ✨️

4. Refund Policy

We are grateful you choose us as your healthcare provider and artist!

We are a concierge-style med spa, in that we take our time with clients, and individualize care and work for every person.

For this reason, because the time taken and products used can be very expensive as a small business, we don't offer refunds.

We DO offer complimentary touch-ups for anything that may be uneven.

If more filler or units or treatments are desired, they are an additional charge. 🥰

Late Policy

We schedule longer appointments at Lush to take time with our valued clients to understand their goals and give them their desired outcomes as best we can, and to also allow sufficient time for numbing, etc. For this reason, it is especially important that clients arrive on time for their appointments. We understand life happens, so please give us notice via call/text (941) 216-5115 if you will be running late. If it is longer than 15mins we may need to reschedule or make adjustments in order to accommodate clients on a case by case basis. Thanks for your understanding! :)
